Boxing exercise has become more and more popular, which is why I became a “Thump Boxing” trained Personal trainer and decided to incorporate the boxing classes into my training programmes – the classes are high energy, safe and a whole lot of fun!
Boxers have fantastic physiques because boxing gives a great whole-body work out that challenges your strength and stamina, and pushes you to reach for your personal best. The Boxing Fitness Classes are for ladies only, so there’s no need to feel self-conscious or intimidated. I make sure that the routines are fun, easy to learn and full of energy; and I’ll support and motivate you all the way.
All equipment is provided, so all you have to do is bring a drink, a towel and be ready to work up a sweat and have a great time!
