How are you different from other personal trainers?

I take a holistic approach to health and fitness and understand the obstacles you will face as I have been there myself.  I will take the time to listen to your unique self and guide you accordingly.


Whats included in your personal training programmes?

You will have a completely personalised workout with regular measurements and nutritional accountability and support.


What happens in my initial consultation?

For clients wishing to do personal training we will sit down and do a full consultation in which we identify your goals and a personalised plan to achieve these.


Do we train in all types of weather?

I have a back-up venue for extreme weather conditions and text everyone before class the confirm venues.


How long is each training session?

Group classes are 1 hour and PT sessions from 30 to 60 minutes.


How many times a week will I meet with you?

This will depend on your specific goals, anywhere from 1 to 3 times per week.


Do I have to wear anything special?

No Lycra required!  Whatever comfortable workout clothing and trainers you have plus a towel and drink.


How long will it take me to see results?

tWith consistent attendance you will see significant results within weeks!


What results can I expect?

Improved energy levels and increased fitness which leads to weight loss and feeling fantastic!

What do I need to do if Im interested in signing up for some training?

I am very happy to set up a time to meet to discuss further.


How do I decide what sort of training would be right for me?

I can assist you with formulating a plan that will fit into your lifestyle.


Do I have to be fit to do a boot camp?

Not at all…this is why you come to me….I have ladies of all abilities and are very experienced at catering for everyone within the group.


What happens if I cant make a session?

With up to 5 sessions to choose from you have options to make up classes.


What happens if you cant make a session?

In unforeseen circumstances I will either arrange for a replacement trainer or make-Up sessions.


Do we purchase tickets for events from you?

Occasionally I arrange discounts for group bookings for events which I pay for upfront and you enter through me.


Do you charge extra for diet planning?

If you wish for personalised nutrition advice and food plans there is an extra charge for this.


Is there a money back guarantee?

If you decide to just drop out and stop then sorry, there will be no refund, but if unforeseen circumstances arise I always refund or carry over the payment until they can return.
