All group fitness classes are open to women of all ages, and every workout is designed to cater to every fitness level – from first time novices to fully fledged fitness freaks!
I believe that staying fit should be fun and enjoyable, and my group fitness classes are a powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results you’re after. I have created an environment that is supportive, safe and structured with an atmosphere that is full of laughter and enthusiasm – and with a fresh approach to training within a group, and constantly varied workouts – fitness has never been so much fun!
When the weather is good, I incorporate the outdoors into the routines, adding a whole new dimension to getting and staying fit. I will motivate you through every workout, empowering you to do things you never thought possible and gently push you out of your comfort zone using exercise techniques aimed at developing core strength, balance, agility and flexibility so that you can start reaping the benefits of getting fit and staying active.
