The Fit You Ladies Group Fitness classes are open to women of all ages and fitness levels, from first time novices to fully fledged fitness fanatics. Every work out is guaranteed to be challenging, fun and working you towards your personal best. I know only too well that it takes courage to believe in yourself and take that first step, and I have created an environment that provides support, accountability and structure.
I have a fresh approach to training within a group and with constantly varied workouts, you’ll never get bored. When the weather is good, I incorporate the outdoors into the routines, adding a whole new dimension to getting and staying fit. I will motivate you through every workout, empowering you to do things you never thought possible and gently push you out of your comfort zone using exercise techniques aimed at developing core strength, balance, agility and flexibility so that you can start reaping the benefits of getting fit and staying active.
