Having Beth’s classes to go to has always given me the motivation to get moving and into the gym gear in the morning. It’s so much better and far more fun than heading to a boring gym where you seem to do the same old thing. With Beth’s classes I get the variety I need to keep me interested in exercising and seeing results! YAY!! Love all the different things we do – from boxing to sprints and even the dreaded ‘burpees’!! And I always feel fantastic afterwards. I love Beth’s Fityou classes, different activities everytime including different outdoor locations. All abilities catered for in group. Great group of ladies with heaps of laughs and encouragement. Always feel like I’ve had a good work out. Can’t wait for the next class.
I have been attending Beth’s classes three times a week for about two months and see that my body is now more toned than it was before. I feel fitter and happier – it must be all the endorphins and the fact that I’m doing something just for ‘me’ :-) Beth is so supportive and encouraging and knows when I need to be pushed.
